Who it is for

Founders and teams with a product already running who need a senior outside read on it before the next decision. It fits when:

• One person understands the whole system, and if they leave nobody can tell you what you actually own.
• Every feature takes a month, and nobody can explain why.
• The cloud bill grows faster than revenue.
• A client, an investor or an auditor is going to ask whether it is secure, and today the answer is a shrug.
• You are about to sign off on architecture, hires or tools and cannot judge the technical plan.

What it includes

A clear read on what you already have, in four parts:

• Risks. Where the system can fail or expose something, and which of those risks matter most.
• Costs. What you are paying for, including servers waiting for traffic that never comes.
• Bottlenecks. Why changes are slow, and where the system holds the team back.
• A prioritised plan. What to fix first, what can wait and what to leave alone, ordered by cost and return.

How it works

It is a one-off engagement with a defined scope, a start date and a single point of contact: me. I review the system as it is today, and I write the plan so your own team can act on it without me.

The recommendations follow the principles I apply to the systems I run:

• The smallest solution that holds: no over-engineering, no layers nobody will maintain.
• Serverless and infrastructure as code, so you pay for what runs and the environment can be rebuilt.
• Nothing ships without tests and a way back.
• Technology is measured in margin: every technical decision has a cost and a return.

A clear picture of what you own and a plan you can act on with your own team. The goal is not that you depend on me, but that your team can lead the technology and knows exactly what to ask for when it does need help.
